The Hangout Barber Shop started as Marco Polo’s Barber Shop in Winter of 2018. In the summer of 2024 the shop was sold and the new owners rebranded it, but kept the previous owner on staff as one of the barbers.
Located at the intersection of Alma School Rd and Main St, The Hangout Barber Shop is a friendly, neighborhood barber shop in Mesa, AZ offering haircuts, hair styles, beard trimmings, and Shaves. We welcome and service ALL members of the community, regardless of age, gender, race, or hair texture.
The Hangout barbers pride themselves in spending quality time with you to ensure that your expectations are met. The goal is to foster long term relationships by making sure that you get the style and fashion that you want.
We look forward to working with you to achieve and maintain your hair goals all the while providing a clean and relaxed space to trade stories and share a few laughs.
ABOUT THE OWNERS
Kenneth and Jennifer DuCree assumed ownership of “The Hangout Barbershop” (aka Marco Polo Barbershop) in May of 2024. Their mission is to build long standing relationships through an “Elite Customer Service Experience” process. This venture provides a perfect combination of high tier local talent with the high valued service. Kenneth and Jennifer are full-time RV-ers, actively traveling coast to coast sharing the (“Elite Customer Service Experience”) concept with highly skilled trades people as well as the neighborhood customer.
